Most clients are fully onboarded within 2-3 weeks. We'll schedule a discovery call, complete an initial cleanup if needed, and establish ongoing monthly processes. Rush onboarding is available for Platinum clients.

We primarily work with Xero for its user-friendly interface and robust features. We also integrate with Hubdoc for receipt management and Gusto for payroll (Platinum package). If you're currently using QuickBooks or another platform, we can discuss migration options.

Absolutely! We encourage clients to start with the package that fits their current needs and scale up as their business grows. Upgrades can be made at any time with a simple 30-day notice.

We offer unlimited email and phone communication for all packages. You'll have a monthly check-in call, and Platinum clients receive priority 24-hour response times plus monthly strategy sessions. We're also available via video calls when needed.
